I didn't think anything of her question until I saw Madeleine's homework later on. She was apparently VERY concerned about being as accurate as possible:
And what a whiz this kid is. Not only did she solve her math problem correctly, but she was able to correctly discern that Shopkins™ are indeed trademarked, and not Registered Trademarked. She sure knows what details are important in math homework!
