Mom and Caitlyn, I noticed both those things! It does sound like "bebe's head," and Caitlyn, she has been doing that hand thing all the time lately and it reminds me so much of Julia's gibberish babble in the car on that video. I love it!!
I think Madeleine says "bebe's head" and she points to it in this video.
