Fasis

When Julia woke up this morning, she still had last night's Harry Potter chapter, which Ethan had read to her before bed, on her mind.

JULIA: Mama?  Wanna know what last night's chapter was like?  It was like an ADVENTURE!  I've been waiting and waiting to find out why Hagrid was expelled from Hogwart's during his THIRD YEAR, and last night I finally got to find out why!  So, it was like an adventure!

Despite her Harry Potter fixation, however, Julia decided to draw a new protagonist for today's brand-new hand-drawn book:

"Bekiey Loo Fasis" by Julia Rowe
"Bekiey is 19."
I guess Bekiey is the brand of various fasis that Julia draws.  It's kind of like Mary Kay make-up or something.

Fase 1:

Hermione.  Age 11
(See?  Told ya.)


Fasis 2 and 3:

Lile (pronounced Lee-lee).  Age 13
Sarah.  Age 9


Fasis 4 and 5:

Edy.  Age 8.  (I guess Edy's head shot is going for an edgy, haute couture vibe with its spider and bumblebee hovering near Edy's face)
Lula.  Age 9.


Fasis 6 and 7:

Harry.  Age 11.
Ron.  Age 11.
WHAT A SHOCK.


Fasis 8 and 9:

Gemma (pronounced with a hard "G").  Age 10.
Lila.  Age 10.
(If you're wondering what the deal is with Gemma's face, Julia explained that the brown thing is a band-aid, and the red stuff is blood leaking out from under the band-aid.  I guess Gemma got into some sort of throw-down with somebody before her photo shoot.)


Fasis 10  and 11:

Liecsa (pronounced "Lisa").  Age 15.
Phiby.  Age 16.


Since Madeleine is enthralled by everything that Julia does, and never wants to be left out of the fun, she, too drew a face:

Hermione.  Age 1.

Madeleine doesn't emulate Julia AT ALL.
